HOW TO NEUTRALISE AN ACID ATTACK

ACID attacks have trebled in three years, more than half the attacks were committed in London, leading some to label it the acid attack capital of the world.
Across Britain, the number of acid attacks increased from around 300 in 2014 to nearly 1,000 last year.
That represents a four-fold rise in just three years.
Former Scotland Yard detective Mick Neville warned, “Corrosive substances are becoming a weapon of choice for gangs. I fear it will get worse.”

All security companies now must take this threat seriously, for years we have been told to keep washing the effected body part with cool water until the pain begins to subside and this can take a considerable amount of time, Executive Protection Officers might have a bottle or two of water with them when protecting a client but this is obviously not enough and there is no excuse in this day and age when there are alternative washing solutions on the market.
Water is better than nothing but, it is not the only solution available and it is not the most effective solution available!

Here you can see two types of delivery system for a DIPHOTERINE® Solution, an eye wash and a spray, also an effective belt system for the equipment to be carried.

The problem with a concentrated dose of a corrosive chemical agent is that it is aggressive and will penetrate into tissue.
DIPHOTERINE® Solution is an alternative to water with much greater success and is effective on the corrosive and irritant action of over 1400 chemicals, meaning it attracts and binds the aggressive chemicals until they run off and away from the affected person.

I personally received a demonstration from, Kate Joy Business Development Manager at DIPHEX LIMITED and cannot recommend this product highly enough, If your serious about protecting your client from these kinds of violent attack then take a closer look at DIPHEX LIMITED.
